Fantastic location, right next to the Tower of London and also Tower Bridge. Very clean, modern, located just of the main road, Tower Hill, in a quiet side road with hardly any noise at all. We have stayed here a few times, the staff are always very welcoming and friendly, especially on Reception and in the Dining Room. We were upgraded to a suite on the top floor with views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, which was excellent, it was our 10th Wedding Anniversary and were so surprised when there was also a welcoming anniversary gift of cakes when we entered the room, such a nice touch. We always stay here when visiting London as the service from the staff is superb, the rooms are excellent and I should also mention the breakfast is one of the best ever. No need to look where we’ll be staying on our next outing to London!

Gorgeous hotel, great value for money! The staff was so helpful and friendly, there was no problem storing baggage before check in time! Got the birthday package with cake and Prosecco and my partner got many birthday wishes from the hotel! Breakfast amazing too, worth the additional money, great location too! No complaints at all!

Liked: nice communal areas inc. bar, very good front desk and housekeeping staff, good price for London. Less good: a little out of the way, no view from room (faced a wall), breakfasts not great and overpriced.

The room was outstanding, despite a concrete pillar in the middle of the space. Large bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. Excellent.
I was somewhat disappointed with the breakfast. Ate with my son and two of his children. I had a cooked breakfast which was at best average. One of my grand sons had the pancakes which were very dry. Service was reasonable.
