The room was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. In a good location as to be accessible to the city and attractions of London within a few stops along the tube or walking distance.

Electricity load could not handle my converter so I was forced to purchase another. I've never had that problem at any other hotel.

Really clean hotel and the staff were so so lovely. Really food breakfast included, I had Greeks yoghurt with honey and fresh fruits like melon grapes etc! Gym is really good for a hotel gym and nice and clean.
Only thing I would say is that I did not realise the street it was on and it does feel unsafe. Had a few dodgy people come up to us when going into hotel but other than that it was good!
