Great ambience, gorgeous room and amazing bathroom. Very welcoming staff. Fantastic location.
Would have been great to have a turn down service and for there to be free water in the room.

We were delighted to come back to Batty Langleys. It's just such a wonderful place. You feel transported away from the hustle and bustle and into a different era. Just wonderful. Always a treat to stay there and can't wait to go back.

This hotel is such a find. It's quaint, traditional and beautiful; located on a little street opposite the modern offices and sky scrapers of the city. Felt like a sanctuary away from it all - very homey and comfortable with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Loved it here. I stay in London fairly regularly for work - this is my new favourite London hotel.

Beautiful room with a lovely terrace. We don't usually stay in the city but it was perfect for the Barbican Theatre and several good restaurants.
Breakfast was adequate but a cooked breakfast option would have been preferable. A coffee machine in the room would have been nice,

We were given an upgrade on our room at no extra charge and the front of house desk staff at reception were super friendly and very helpful
