The apartment was a great size with a view of the Thames. All amenities were great including a kitchenette and washing machine. Great location to the Tower and Tower bridge area. Bed was great size and great comfort !!!

We loved the location and how close the property was to restaurants and attractions. Beautifully maintained, super comfortable beds and we got 2 bedrooms with spectacular views.
The lobby is always very busy, with people coming and going. Would have preferred a bit more space and quieter.

The location and the view is excellent and the facilities are generally good as well.
The reception staff made me uncomfortable, jokes me be here for live in the basement when i arrived, and stare at me everytime when I come in and out of the building. Very disrespectful and uncomfortable
