The staff were excellent and gave us a double upgrade to a beautiful room with a view of tower bridge, as well as deserts and wine for my husbands 30th birthday. Food at the restaurant was lovely as were the spa facilities. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality
The bathroom could have done with a bit of renovation but was all very clean with great amenities.

Hotel was in a brilliant location, situated a stones throw away from the Tower of London & Tower Bridge. Tower Hill tube station is 30seconds away, on the circle line so direct access to central London in 10mins. Staff were so lovely, I mentioned ahead of arrival that it was a special occasion (my Mums 70th Birthday) - they upgraded our room, gave us complimentary breakfast (which was delicious and such a huuuuge selection of yummy fresh food!), and had left a card and cake in the room for our arrival. Such a lovely touch and made Mum feel special. Lily on reception was really helpful and welcoming. Room was nicely decorated and bed was comfy, had all the necessary amenities (hair dryer, vanity kit etc). Spa & pool etc were luxurious and relaxing, we used on the second day but wished we’d had chance to use it more than once! A perfect break and I would highly recommend - we’ll be back again when we’re in London :)

Fantastic area with easy travel options just a short walk from hotel. Staff very welcoming from point of arrival on. Food was very good. Room comfortable with good options for tea and coffee.
Water for a hot bath was not hot enough, very Luke warm bath. Shower was good though.

Excellent location right outside the tower of London, Tower Bridge, Borough market, tube station. So much to do within a few blocks and easy to catch the tube. Nice pool/ hot tub/ sauna included. We were in an executive room which was very large with a shower and bathtub. Restaurant and bar on-site. Comfortable bed, luggage storage.

Location was perfect straight out of the Tube in the hotel Staff were brilliant and upgraded our room with a bottle of wine on arrival Breakfast was fab! Free wine in reception!
