Nicely situated and surrounding area clean and felt safe. Staff helpful ,check in quick .
Unfortunately when we switched air conditioning on it sounded like a tractor was in the room!!
Didn’t have time to report this but spent quite an uncomfortable night due to room temperature
Unable to have it on and also smelt as if oil was burning through the vent??
Disappointing as otherwise the room was pleasant and beds comfortable

Everything about it. As per the things listed above.
The bath layout in our specific room was a bit awkward. Because of the fixed shower screen, one had to get into the bath to reach the towels, and also it wasn't easy to get into the bath anyway because the space to get into it was limited by the location of the toilet. Also, a handrail on the wall would be helpful and safer.

The hotel was immaculate, the minute you walked in you could smell the cleanliness. The location was perfect, staff were really friendly, approachability and informative. We was upgraded to an executive room with a view which was superb.
Unfortunately the air con in our room did not work and no matter the setting blew out hot air. Due to this we had the windows open but then this meant hearing the noise from outside which kept waking us up. We also had two unexpected calls at 3am a few minutes after each other, first we ignored, 2nd we answered but no reply. Therefore we didn't sleep very well at all.

The room and scenery was beautiful, just a stones throw away from London Tower and Tower Bridge. The views from our room were spectacular and a great experience for those who have never stayed in London before. Reasonably priced accommodation in regards to the location too.
The bathroom facilities need looking at as the grouting was mouldy and falling apart. The limescale build up around the taps and shower head need descaling, understandable as the water is VERY hard in this area.
The elevators are loud enough to be heard from the far end of the room too. Not ideal if you’re wanting a quiet room.
