Beautiful property and wonderfully designed. Fantastic location. Definitely the best and most well located London hotel I’ve stayed in. Great sized room which was beautifully decorated and super clean. Great swimming pool too. Hotel was peaceful and no noise on a night. If you’re visiting His Majesty’s Theatre The Haymarket is so conveniently located literally a 30 second walk across the road. Picadilly Tube station is only 5 minutes away as is Charing Cross station. You are close to all the hustle and bustle but Suffolk Place itself is nice and quiet.

Normally I don't bother with reviews but I always review the Haymarket. They deserve the appreciation it's ultra clean, the staff are first class and never intrusive. The showers are the best I've ever experienced and that’s a lot.
Minor point but the bathroom floors are super slippery when wet.

We had an incredible stay and highly recommend this place! The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. Our room was a good size, and we enjoyed a stunning view of the majestic theatre. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance and very central.
We also recommend trying the massage; it was truly worth it and helped us unwind completely. We will definitely return for another visit. Thank you to all the staff members for making our stay so enjoyable!

Luxurious suite/room overlooking Her Majesty’s Theatre. Very comfortable bed with a huge bathroom. There’s a TV opposite the bath tub too. Very well stocked mini bar.
Breakfast was delicious. Excellent service.
Our meal in the evening after the theatre at the Brumus Restaurant was delicious.
No tea and coffee making facilities, but I rang down and they bought it up to us.

Everything! From the warm welcome at the door, to the smooth and easy check in, nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff, the breakfast staff, the doorman- all were excellent! The hotel itself is beautiful, and the pool-oh my!!! The food in the bar was lovely and the breakfast was superb.

loved the pool. the bed was great. the room was charming, with the Kit Kemp decoration. Despite lots of sound outside, the double windows kept it quiet inside. the staff were lovely. chocolates on day 1 were wonderful. cake pops on day 4 were a cute idea. it's a very very pretty hotel and runs perfectly. also loved the fresh berries at breakfast.
it was pretty perfect. maybe some of the food could have been slightly better e.g. the night I got some soup and salad in the room from Brumus restaurant, both were pretty ho-hum.

A slat was missing in the shutter in our room. I’m really surprised at this as it was quite noticeable

The property was in a great central location - but off the main roads and therefore peaceful. We received excellent service from the doorman who took our cases as we arrived, through the reception team, to the bar and restaurant staff - and the delightful housekeeping team. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was spotless and well equipped. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last!
