It’s convenient location to the station.
The room was cold, smelt musty and of cigarettes. The worst part was the smell of sewage coming from the bathroom which became stronger throughout the night making it very hard to sleep. Absolutely unacceptable.

Nothing except the poor staff! We did eventually get a full refund as the manager of the Railway sorted this for us.
Everything, dirty, damp rooms. Dated. Our booked room stunk of damp and we had to be moved to only room available a single! 2 adults in single bed.

Second time here. I arrived at night so sleep. Woke up to find the room was not very clean. It was not as nice as the last room. It was also cold.

I travel a lot for work and absolutely loved this place. I got everything I hoped for and more. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the hotel has a lovely, homely atmosphere. The room was large, clean, comfortable with all the amenities that I need, huge TV which was nice! I had dinner there which was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was awesome, I could not eat it all, thank you to the chef.
I would recommend and would visit again if I am in the area.
Nothing really, I did get a bit confused finding my way back to reception upstairs which could be helped with a sign pointing to reception :-)
