Clean,modern.
Beds too hard .
Breakfast not explained properly ,and no communication from front desk to Restaurant ,causing queries and uncomfortable payment of breakfast.

Breakfast was poor - low quality food and self serving which is fine in principles but when the items run out I.e milk, coffee and breakfast items and they are not replenished I think is very poor especially when they charge £25 per person for breakfast. The service was also haphazard and one member of staff was standing around on his mobile phone whilst restocking the breakfast items which looked really unprofessional.
Breakfast and the breakfast room was looking tired and needed some work - chairs really uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and hard working. The room was lovely, as well as the bathroom and very clean. The bottle of water was appreciated, as were the coffee pods. We dined in the restaurant one evening and the meal was really good and great value for the quality.
The breakfast situation. The choice was absolutely fine, but both mornings the content wasn’t refreshed quickly enough, leaving a lot of empty plates and trays, insufficient crockery and cutlery, so you couldn’t have what you wanted without a long wait. The staff were working really hard, but there didn’t seem anywhere near enough to deal with the amount of customers.

size of room. view from window was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was great. Iron with ironing board was a plus. Bath massive. Shower very powerful and hot. Massive bathroom. Free use of toiletries in room.
Room not clean on check-in. Bed had new laundry but everything else was left from last occupiers. Thank you to the housekeeping next day that actually bothered to clean and tidy the room. staff chatty on check-in but on the way out to get our bearings they had become unhelpful and offish. No more smiles or willing to be helpful. Took our money for our stay and then immediately got cold shoulder. During our stay not once did any member of staff say hello....courtesy and manners.
Hotel spa not working fully. Unclean. Bottles and dumped towels left in sauna.
In our room absolutely no idea what the pods are for coffee machine. No description. Tray full of rubbish and sugar from last guests.
lack of nearby shops and restaurants.
Extremely long walk to 02. Has cost alot in cab fares to actually get anywhere. Area where hotel is feels very squashed together. Hotel is alot smaller compared to neighbouring buildings. Too far away from Londons main attractions. Canary Wharf tube station is a good walking distance away from hotel.
