The view of the o2 & lady on reception was nice.
None of the spa facilities were working at the time we went, only the sauna so that ruined the ability to have a relaxing weekend.
Also, the food at the restaurant Scoff & Banter was extremely poor. It looks nice but tastes of nothing.
As you’re near the O2 the people either side of us were going to a concert and were blasting music, disappointing hotel staff do not control it.

The main bed was great, to pull out was not level with a dip in the middle. The coffee machin was broken and staff too 2 hours to arrive when in rang reception.
I blame booking.com for location. I tapped in close to O2 arena but there was a river in the way. Not close at all

Room was spacious with a comfortable King size bed, nice big bathroom
The room was too hot and the air con/fan was so loud it kept us awake.
There was a large group of people in the bar area who seemed to be on a seminar/work event, they were talking loudly with their phones on speaker and on teams calls which was very off putting when trying to have a quiet drink.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was tasty the rooms were comfortable it was great we had a bath
The descriptions was not accurate about how far away it was from the O2 as we had to get a taxi, It said 0.7km when i booked it but it wasnt to access the o2 was over 3km
The sauna and steam room were out of action which was a little disappointing
