Obsessed with the room. I felt like I was in an episode of Bridgerton! Very much a vibe. Staff is extremely helpful.

We arrived early and were kindly offered a tray of tea on the roof terrace whilst our room was prepared. I must say that we experienced excellent service from all staff throughout our stay. This place is so tastefully decorated, it really is the most charming well run hotel I have stayed at in London.

Staff were lovely. Only Continental Breakfast was included but wasnt aware of this when booking. It was beautiful though.
no tea / coffee facilities in room. Room is a little tired. Lacks plug sockets. Very noisy generator nearby during the night.

Lovely comfortable decor in a lovely quiet location. Food was so good and the Italian details were delightful.Room was super cosy and comfortable. Bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get up!
Room service choices could be better and staff could be more welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful interiors and extremely comfortable. A lovely quirky room looking out across the charming Chelsea streets. Staff were all friendly, open and took great care to attend to our needs. Enjoyed the quiet breakfast room and range of food available.
Maybe need to check the ingredients for a Caesar salad …missed the anchovies, Parmesan and Romaine lettuce.

The hotel is very pretty, our rooms was very nice. The location is also great.
The food wasn't good. Everything was lacking seasoning. Breakfast was small and not worth £30. Also, every order was taking ages to get (from room service to getting one drink to a roof terrace, 40 mins to an hour easy). Another thing, the staff is nice but if you want to ask a complex question then you see that their English is not good.

The sun drenched little roof terrace with its honesty bar.
It really is a shame not to have tea and coffee in the rooms. Yes, you can get it in the lounge but that's not really useful first thing in the morning.

wonderfully rich, distinctively decorated, sizeable rooms, with real character. Very friendly, customer-focused staff. Fantastic location, 5 minutes' walk from Sloane Square.
