Amazing location. Great customer service. The most spacious hotel bathroom that weve encountered in London. Not to mention the flatscreen tv in the bath! And the gym needs special mention for terrific equipment and amenities (frozen towels, fresh fruit, water bottles etc).
I was feeling under the weather during our stay and the lovely front desk staff sent up a much needed pot of ginger tea with honey.
Highly recommend.
Just a tiny tiny niggle - my husband requested 2 morning papers but only got one.

Ideal location, discreet entrance, easy access to room. Spacious room and simple furniture elegantly placed. Staff was outstanding and breakfast was nice.
Shower in room was fluctuating on temperature on the first day but got fixed soon after I got it to the attention of the staff. Noisy bathroom equipment especially the commode that was Japanese style and automated, made too much noise.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was great. Restaurant was good.
We paid for an upgrade for an extra bed but the size of the room was pretty much the same if not smaller so that was confusing.

The hotel was a positive shock to me because of my experience with London hotels. The hotel was very great and one of the most beautiful hotels in the world in terms of the wonderful reception, especially from the reception staff, Bruno, who served me in solving my problem with the airline.
The hotel features modern furniture and a very high-end room service in which the room is cleaned more than once a day and providing bottles of water, several coffee and bathroom supplies more than once a day. Also, the location of the hotel is so close to important streets in London that you can go to any location by walking without the need of transportation.
