It’s a quiet central location so would be good for those wanting to visit London
All the staff were very helpful & friendly.
The small welcome pack in room was appreciated including the chocolate eggs but for £300 per night I would have liked a bowl of fruit and bottle of wine.
The rooms were very small, all the ceilings in the corridors are very low like 6’9” so give a claustrophobic feel, £32 for breakfast is obscene & mini bar prices a joke £4 for a chocolate bar £6 for a bottle of water, bathroom also very small with only half bath, I bent forward on the toilet to wipe and turned the shower on with my head.

I am a repeat visitor to this hotel, and the staff are always brilliant, as is the restaurant. The location is also very nice.
I would have preferred a walk in shower as opposed to a bath style shower, but now i know i can request in advance.

Yesterday, my partner and I had an argument late at night during our stay at the Marylebone Hotel. While we understand that disturbances can be concerning, we were shocked by the way the hotel staff handled the situation. Instead of approaching us calmly or showing concern, a staff member came to our room and threatened to kick us out of the hotel.
We found this response extremely unprofessional and distressing. It lacked empathy and made an already tense moment even more difficult. We expected a level of hospitality and understanding that the Marylebone Hotel is supposedly known for, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Cocktail bar and facilities were fabulous as were the staff throughout the hotel (including the 108 restaurant). The hotel bar / reception toilet facilities were spotless! Congratulations to all staff at the Marylebone
The sliding door in the room was very hard to open and close - when reported, the receptionist made attempts to report and fix this straight away.
