Very nice hotel, very clean, staff friendly. Food lovely.
We booked a twin but the beds were together. We are good friends, but not that close. This could not be changed until the next day.

£258 for 1 night is a little steep.
Please mention policy on website that no kids in the pool after 3pm !!

Excellent location
Small room. Getting into bed with a radiator in the way was difficult.
First days breakfast stale croissants, second day okay
No extractor fan in the bathroom
No renewal of bottled water you have to stay five days to get a new bottle of water !
We were woken early one morning with loud banging the lock to Customer’s room was apparently faulty.

I loved the location. Reception were lovely.
There was a random dark hair when I opened up a bathroom towel. I upgraded and expected a bigger bed. Not a nice view as there were abandoned poles led down outside our window. When at breakfast I asked a member of staff for a banana, he disappeared and never came back to me, although I saw him. I tried the scrambled egg and it tasted funny and couldn’t eat it

The room was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable. For a standard double room and breakfast, premier inn has nicer more comfortable rooms. The hotel itself and the staff were very nice and attentive.

A real English hotel in the good sense. Very agreable to live in. Comfortable bed, well stuffed breakfast in a light room with ample space. Splendid location, near to great musea and Imperial College.
