The unit was very modern and spacious. Most hotel rooms in London are quite small so having this larger space was great. Beautiful kitchen. Very comfy beds. Each room has its own thermostat. The location was excellent - close to great bakeries, restaurants and shops and centrally located to do sightseeing. Its only a few blocks away from the Red Bus stop. Nicola was really great to work with.

The best thing about the property was the location; Eateries, shopping, bars, theatres, Tesco all were at close quarters. We were right in the heart of Convent Garden and could feel the fun and excitement of the area there was never a dull moment ! A special mention of the host, her service was so prompt any query on my part would be literally resolved in minutes.
Initially we thought the living room could have been bigger but eventually it did not matter cause the rest of the apartment was super comfortable & clean and so well equipped that the size seemed frivolous !

The location was beyond amazing! Super central and everything is within walking distance. Everything you need is thought of and provided before you check in. The beds were so comfortable and the views (best views of the covent garden and the london eye) were unmatched. The apartment is surprisingly quiet despite the very central location. Thank you for everything and the kindest staff!

The location is fantastic - if you want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle - not if you are looking for a quiet place. As there are cafs and restaurants right along the street (and it is London) it gets noisy. We were there from Monday to Friday, but can imagine Friday and Saturday nights are even noisier. Having said that, the windows were great to shut out the noise. The beds were extremely comfortable. The power of the showers (the bathrooms were very modern and spacious) Several fans provided.
The stairs.... lots of them, and they are narrow and steep, so this is not the best place for those with mobility issues. The only reason we are giving the comfort of the beds a "good" not "excellent" is because of the pillows. Before we left, we expressed that the pillows were uncomfortable, to the host, who said she would replace them immediately, and we are sure she will do so for the next guest.

Wasnt the issue with the property, but the week we stayed was extraordinarily hot! The room at the top took a lot of heat and was warm at night.

The location and layout were fantastic!!! The central location literally overlooking Covent Garden was ideal for watching the street performers and for general people watching. The apartment was also centrally located to all the major sites in London so we could mostly walk or a short tube ride anywhere we needed to go. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to stretch out and unwind after a long day of touring around the city. So many restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within a 5 minute walk it is amazing. Also, there is a good size Tesco Express grocery store half a block away so you can do all your food shopping. We bought enough food for breakfasts at home in one easy trip. For those flying in from Heathrow, I highly recommend taking the tube from the airport since the Covent Garden station is a direct line stop on Picadilly Line and then a 2-3 minute walk. I thought we were making it easy by hiring a driver in advance to pick us up but with London traffic we spent 1.5 hours in a van and spend 3x as much as the 45 minute tube ride would have taken.

We all loved the accommodation in the heart of Covent Garden. It was ideal for a family like us (2 adults plus 2 teenager), the apartments offers so much space. Good facilities (dishwasher, cooker, fridge/freezer), beautiful lounge, 3 spacious bathrooms + 3 comfortable spacious and beautiful bedrooms - it made things very easy as a family. You can add on a cleaning service for an extra fee during the stay. Coffee shops, restaurants, groceries, theatres at the doorstep, so fetching breakfast was easy. The staff was super helpful.
