Good room - accessible facility - plenty of space.
Airport noise unobtrusive. Shuttle bus system to Terminals excellent.
Prices sre too high for what is provided. Food poor quality - battered cod not cod fillet but reformed triangular slab encased in rock hard batter. £21 for poor fish 'n chips - 24hrs later eating lobster in Madeira for only £17!!! Says it all about poor quality catering in England and airport rip-offs in particular. Room + lunch + dinner + drinks = £200+

Lovely Hotel ,shuttle bus was so good picked us up from the train station and dropped us off at T1 in the morning. Rooms very clean and comfy beds. Staff friendly will be booking again, A few years ago i had a bad experience in this hotel and never came back..pleased i give it another chance it has so changed for the better.
