The room we got looked nothing like the pictures and was very dirty. We left immediately. Staff were kind but despite us calling numerous times and being promised a refund within 48 hours, we have still not received a refund and it has now been over 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

Good location and love the room decor. Lovely breakfast in the morning and polite staff.
Bathroom decor was very tired, old appliances and spongy bathroom floor. The doorknob was also very temperamental and took a few attempts to get in the room.
