Very friendly and helpful staff who enjoyed some banter.
Excellent location right on the edge of Piccadilly Gardens.
Cool designs and decor.
Some decor looks a bit tired, fading it peeling.

Location great for us, close to picadilly for the airport train, but also close to city. Nice room design, comfy pillows and bed, nice bath.
No informatipn at all about the surroundings, just 1 channel on the telly when you switch it on would be enough.
The chamber maids were friendly and did an exvellent job, unfortunately they were the only ones of the staff that smiled (back). It wasn,t like it was busy when we went to the reception, but "canned" "welcome" and feeling was we were more of a nuisance then welcome guests.

Convenient location, walking distance to station, trams and town centre
Doesn't seem like the hotel has been updated much, just stuck wallpaper and stickers over the previous hotel signs. Its still the Ibis

The hotel had been renamed from Ibis Picadilly to the new name since our booking was made, but there had been no correspondence advising of the new name. As the evening was wet when we arrived, it was difficult to find the hotel

comfortable bed, powerful hot shower, basic tea tray provided.
advertised as hot and cold buffet breakfast - not the case on the Monday morning not enough people a very basic level of hot food severed.
