Very clean. Comfortable bed. Reception staff friendly.
Breakfast ok but prefer to have tea and coffee brought to the table rather than from a machine. Also prefer to be offered poached eggs or other food available that are not on the buffet especially as quite expensive to stay there.

Very warm and comfortable. Atmosphere is lovely. Convenient and safe.
I think some of the staff were tired or disinterested. We came down to breakfast both days at 9.25am and we had to ask for cups and glasses etc. There seemed to be no supervisor. The hot buffet was slow to be replenished.

The room, despite being a 'standard' was great; clean, warm, comfortable. The reception staff were helpful.
The breakfast buffet was not a good experience. Queues for coffee and toast meant that breakfast was cold by the time we managed to get those. There didn't seem to be enough staff in the restaurant.

Nice hotel, nice bar friendly staff
Everything was great apart from the £50 deposit you have to pay when you check in, it takes a week for them to pay it back. Not ideal if you’re not expecting it.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are lovely & and welcoming, the .breakfast was delicious. Decor is very nice.
No biscuits in the room.
