As usual great location, lovely room, great shower!!
You need more staff on the check in desk and this is now the second time it has taken over 45 mins and two phone calls to get a bacon sandwich and a pot of coffee at 09.00!!!

Roof top pool, spa facilities next door, comfy bed.
Dynamic pricing - booked a week in advance and the price dropped by £100 thereafter. Couldn’t get my money back. Was upgraded but the room still cost less than what I paid! Would not book again.
Staff were unbothered on the phone, seemed like a fuss.
Room very hot even with air con. Windows wouldn’t open.

Great location, we upgraded the room so had bathrobes and slippers, which was great for using the hot tub. It was such a lovely way to end the day in the infinity pool
