The central heating did not work for the whole duration of stay. We made a complaint and there was a refund made on the booking . I was told to contact booking.com to request the refund credit. Please do the needful so I can receive the refund credit. Thanks

Location was convenient
The bed/pillows was uncomfortable insufficient electric charging, this was one of the criteria of my stay but never got a chance to charge the car as it was always in ise

The room was large and comfortable with a good shower. We ordered room service and it arrived quickly and the food was delicious. The leisure facilities are fantastic, beautiful pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
There was nothing to fault but patrons should be aware that its a very large hotel and there could be quite a walk to your room

The room was miles away from reception and we let the hotel know in advance we would be arriving at 3am after a flight with two tired children, so hoped it would be an easier to find room or we could have at least been led to the room or supported with luggage. Breakfast was basic, had to request jam and Nutella and no pastries out (at 9.45- breakfast is served until 11am.) Sausages were lovely and waiting staff were friendly. Plenty of pillows in the room but mattress was very hard. Only 2 cups provided and there were 4 of us, and just coffee no tea bags. Floor zero smelt strange too; musty. This was our second stay at the hotel due to convenience of being near the airport and having a lovely pool area, but we didn’t get time to use the pool this stay and realised that’s our fave bit of the hotel so will probably not stay again because it’s not really value for money when you could pay for a travelodge or premier inn and get similar quality in all areas.

Staff in Brasserie Blanc were very polite and helpful.
No steak was available on the Brasserie. How can this happen in a high quality establishment , someone needs to be spoken to to ensure no repeat of this incident as our substitute choices were really no substitute at all - duck leg confit was only of average quality and a small portion whilst my wife described the Devon crab brown meat as more like crab paste with only a tiny portion of white meat which was ok.

Hotel facilities- four seasons spa was excellent. Swimming pool reasonable. Breakfast was buffet style but the full English was on hot plates but straight to plate was cold. Layout of hotel rooms very confusing. Lift was out of service.

Good location for airport. Girl on front desk couldn’t answer a lot of my questions re shuttle bus, breakfast and room service. Some rooms are huge and comfortable, others smaller but still ok. Overpriced though

The location is good, close to the Manchester airport (they have a shuttle). There are two restaurants inside the hotel, both have good food.
the pillows were very soft, and when I asked the front desk they said they don't have any other ones that might be harder.
