Super friendly and helpful team. Smooth check in. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely breakfast. Huge comfortable bed. Great check in and check out times. Handy on site parking (paid in advance). Sustainable accommodation throughout which we loved.
Not sure what the noise was, maybe tram system as it was outside our window (we were on the top floor). Loud, vibrating and deep noise throughout our stay. Not something that the hotel can do anything about but just a note for other travellers. Other than that, perfect!

Great location, about 10mins walk to manchester victoria train station. Arndale shopping mall was just around the corner with a Sainsbury opposite the hotel.

The bed was totally spacious, comfy and spongey. Lovely modern bathroom.
No bin in main room.
Not much storage in the room.

The room was spotless & modern. The bar area was stunning, great cocktails & service.
The room was small, however this wasn’t a problem there was plenty of room, I was just expecting it to be bigger.
The people in the room next door to us were quite noisy although the hotel aren’t to blame for that.

The room was very dated unlike what the picture shows. Parking is £25 per night which is not advertised on the website only when I asked at reception.

The hotel looked quite new so the decor was in great condition. Staff were welcoming & friendly. Very little noise from other guests. Queen bed was comfortable and large enough. Lovely, if small bathroom. Although a little expensive the continental breakfast had loads of choice and quality products.
Rooms are on the small side. Plastic beakers for tea and coffee weren’t great.
