Wonderful
Location is absolutely perfect. Just 2 mins walk to the tram which goes directly to Etihad Stadium one way or Trafford Centre the other.
Staff were so friendly, helpful, welcoming and human (which seems to becoming rarer these days!)

The breakfast was very good. Decaffeinated coffee available along with alternative milks.
Staff at check in check out were friendly and efficient. Room was available earlier than expected.
The room was a little warm despite trying to adjust the thermostat. The bed was firm. Needed place to hang towels in the bathroom.

I’m deeply disappointed with Novotel Manchester’s refusal to provide an invoice for my stay on 14 February – a simple request that’s been unresolved for two months.
The Problem:
- The hotel insists Booking.com must issue the invoice because I paid to booking.com.
- Booking.com claims the hotel already sent it (I never received anything).
- This back-and-forth has left me unable to claim my business expenses for two months.
I’ve booked 100+ nights through Booking.com – every other hotel can provide invoices despite I prepaid to Booking.com. Novotel Manchester is the only exception, which reflects poorly on their administrative competence.
To Hotel Management: This is unacceptable for an international chain. Resolve this immediately and train staff on basic billing processes.

Noisy aircon that didn’t work properly. Room was pleasant. WC and shower were separate and WC was size of a small wardrobe!
