Great location.
Comfortable bed - although not the ones I booked.
I booked a queen room with a sofa bed. My friend arrived first and accepted an 'upgrade'. Clearly it wasn't. It was just a double bed. Staff should have realised you book 2 beds for a reason. And shouldn't have changed the room without checking with me first. When I tried to talk to reception they were rude and unhelpful.
Parking is a NIGHTMARE. Almost missed the gig I'd travelled to Manchester for driving round and round the tiny car park with lots of other frusrated people. It cost me MORE THAN THIRTY QUID to park there overnight.

The location was perfect for us. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable.
I didn't like the toilet being separate from the bathroom. Also, the air conditioning was blowing out warm air. The room was so hot! We had to have the window open all night but this made it extremely noisy. People were shouting as they walked past, and this went on until about 4 am. There were sirens also going off all night. We hardly slept at all.

The hotel was conveniently located, staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The robes, slippers and coffee machine and pods in the room were a nice touch too!

I have been using Novotel Chinatown for years. It has always maintained high level of service. The reception staff are always friendly and ready to assist.
Well done for keeping up the good work
The toaster in the breakfast room needs fixing and another one added to reduce the queuing.
