close to centre
breakfast should not be included for all residents as they don’t have the facilities to cater for all guests to sit and eat, there was no plates, cutlery, food and seats when we came down at 8:30am the staff and cleaners were in the way of the guests trying to get their food, i’m the end we gave up, checked out and left! this was our second time in this hotel. the first time was a disaster but we gave it a second chance unfortunately

Not sure if sheets were washed. Bathroom walls filthy, shower try didn’t look the cleanest. It really doesn’t look like the website. The walk back was dark and isolated

Excellent hotel, stayed here many times, staff are polite & very helpful. Location is exactly where I want to be, near the town centre 8 mins walk to the Arndale, lots of pubs & eating places around & Ideal location for Man City games, 20 min walk.
Rooms are quality & outside you have Aldi &M&S 2 mins away.
Its not that I dont like or want to put it down, if you dont get up early or you like late breakfast, there is not enough room so you will queue. The food is very good but not enough seating.

Joined loyalty scheme on the spot and got an upgraded room. Nice to have breakfast included. Good late check out at 11am. Kitchenette well equipped with cutlery, utensils, dishwasher, tablets and even kitchen roll.
No dedicated parking. Breakfast is a bit limited (but we did appreciate it)

We disliked the fact that the view from the large windows in the room was of brick walls which meant there was barely any day light in the room and it was dark and gloomy. The window was also single glazed with broken trickle vent.
Breakfast was ok although we felt like the tables were very close together and there also wasn’t much space to move around the food area either.
