no interconnected rooms / we have booked 2 rooms, asked at least for the same floor, but it was not available

The room was good. The bed was very comfortable. There were two LG TVs in the room, and they allow you to Cast to the TVs, which is a really nice bonus.
The location isn't scenic, but it's right by the northern quarter, but off the beaten track.
The Pizza and beer meal deal wasn't great. The pizza didn't seem fully cooked and the options were limited.
The Wifi is slow, 10MB/s. My 4g phone connection is faster.

Perfect rooms for our family, Reception staff were all amazing. Zubia sorted rooms next door to each other, which made our stay perfect. Staff were so friendly Rose and Zubia⭐️⭐️

Location good easy to get to city centre and cafes nearby.
Breakfast good choice . Large room very good facilities and clean spacious bathroom with comfortable large beds.

Size of room with small kitchenette. Very comfortable bed even though thought initially too soft.
Free breakfast was very good
Slightly odd smell in room. Not very noticeable but definitely something.

Staff were friendly on arrival, though a little uninterested and impersonal on leaving. The room had a large shower and was generally very spacious.
Terrible breakfast. Odd room setup which was described as a ‘king suite’ but was more so a small apartment with a kitchenette.

The location was very good as we were staying in Manchester for a concert at the co-op centre which we were able to walk from the venue back at the end. The room itself was very spacious and had 2 smart tvs with loads of charging ports. The tea making facilities were great with the bonus of a dishwasher which we didn’t use or the cooking utensils but was good to have
The lifts were a little bit confusing when they would go up when you wanted to go down and sometimes took a bit longer to get between floors but this was very minor only needing to wait a few minutes. The breakfast was busy the first morning of our stay and not being able to have somewhere to sit but it was the bank holiday weekend so was understandably busy.
