Comfortable beds, warm hotel, good hot walk in shiwer
Directions to the hotel were very poor. Putting in the postcode took us to a nearby housing estate. Putting in Lydiard park took us to a different part of a very large park. The only directions that worked were to put in 'Lydiard Park Conference Centre'. This should be improved on your website and Booking com

The location was lovely and had free parking. But you have to go into the hotel to get a permit
Walking into reception, there were 5/6 members of staff chatting. With 1 loudly declaring " oh go on, then I'll have sex with you."
Went through the corridor upstairs to the most horrendous smell. We were moved to another room downstairs , it was a family room and very well sized.
I had no sleep as it sounded like someone in the room above us was running a bath and emptying it every hour... it was so loud they might as well have been in my room

The bed was comfortable and it was a very quiet location.
The bathroom taps need cleaning underneath.
Seems odd to have a Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom but such an old fashioned heating system in the bedroom. The radiator needs bleeding/updating. The light switches either side of the bed are faulty.

Busy with visitors to the surrounding park making it a bit noisier than it might otherwise have been
