1. I would have appreciated more options for snacks and drinks, maybe vending machines that offer chips and candy would be cool. 2. The guest laundry requires quarters but there is no change machine to acquire quarters, that made things difficult. 3. I very much appreciate the hotel airport shuttle.

Asked for a freshen up and some products when we were gone. Left in room the products in a bag, sis not take out trash. So that service was not the best. Requested day one a freshen up, no bed change, pee say. Received once in a 4 day stay.

The main reason I stay here is the location. The shops and restaurants along San Fernando Blvd are a real plus factor. The other major factor is the price. The Burbank is an old hotel but well-kept and quite comfortable. It's the tallest building in the area so easy to find. Shopping malls are not far away - Walmart, Costco and many others. The real bargain at Burbank is the in-house washing machines and dryers in the basements of both towers. US$2.25 for a wash and the same for drying. Happy to stay here during my next visit.

I asked for a quiet room and it was quiet apart from the bathroom fan. The staff were helpful and friendly! The room was very clean. The location is very local to downtown Burbank. I highly recommend this hotel.
The bathroom fan is noisy. Some mood lighting not attached to the bathroom fan would be great.
