I loved the customer service and how kind, patient, and understanding everyone was. On top of that the room was great and we had no issues regarding AC, Water pressure or temperature.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean. Right next to Emeryville Amtrak train station, which is great.
Room did not have enough lights, and there was no switch by the front door to turn on any lights in the inner part of the room, I had to walk in the dark to turn on lamp switches. And even with all of them on, there was still not enough light at night. And then one light bulb in one of the nightstand lamps.

Maybe a bell man or someone to help with luggage. Although they did find a worker when we arrived to help us.

It was the most amazing stay! The one-bedroom King Bay View was an excellent place it felt just like a home away from home! Everything was amazing 10s across the board!!
It would be great if there was a time frame when children are not allowed in the hot tub/pool area, most 4/Star hotels have a children time frame like 9pm so adults can relax an those who are there on business can enjoy a relaxing evening. Other than that it has been an excellent experience.

Great location. The room was large with a nice view of the bay and San Francisco and comfortable bed.
There wasn't much water pressure for the shower. It was functional but not very satisfying.
