Location was great. Excellent spacious accommodation well suited to a larger group. Car parking a great feature, safe and secure. Ideal spot to take in all of San Diego.

I liked how the place was set up to feel very homelike and welcoming. I really liked how we were steps away from the beach and loved the beach view's from the condo! Overall, it was a great experience!

all the amenities and location, location, location!!
unfortunately, not the properties fault, but the beach was closed due to a sewage leak from nearby TJ. we drove out to Coronado, 25 min away, so there are options.

Incredible property beautiful clean functional private absolutely ideal view patios and delight Absolutely Extraordinary almost dont want to advertise it so Ill be able to keep renting it. This unit was an end unit so we had extra windows and privacy.
There was absolutely nothing that I did not like 100% fabulous!

Beautiful views from the balcony. Nice welcome pack of treats.
100% polyester sheets - really nasty. Plus fitted sheets didnt fit the enormous mattress so kept coming off. Very uncomfortable sleeping. For the price I would expect cotton bedding or at least 50% cotton. Bit of a pain having to strip the beds and empty the bins before having to vacate the property by 10am. We regretted not staying in a hotel.

This has been one of our favorite places to get away. Diane the owner is a wonderful, kind, caring hostess. Shes always available if you have any questions or concerns. She just wants to make sure your stay is perfect. The location cant be beat. We love getting take-out and eating on the balcony while enjoying the ocean view. You can also fill up a prowler at Mike Hess Brewing Co across the street for $10. Coronado Brewing Company located next door has growlers you can buy. If you like coffee, you have to try Mike Hess. We had no idea they served coffee and lattes in the morning. Its kind of hidden. We found it while walking around one morning. The coffee stand is located on the side of Mike Hess on Date Street. We love this condo so much, we will be coming back for our 4th visit in September.

This was our second time staying here, so we already knew the property and location was outstanding. Diane is a very generous and gracious hostess, leaving birthday wine, chocolate, and goodies, as well as offering an early check-in and flexible check-out time. She even came out at 8 in the morning when we locked the keys in the storage getting the beach chairs out. As a neurotic healthcare worker I especially appreciated the care and cleanliness during this Covid pandemic.
