Great experience from check in to check out- Long term parking was also a very big plus-- Food services (only had breakfast) were very good and staff was great. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when flying out of SFO-

Was good but could be better. The bed was hard and uncomfortable so I didn't get much sleep along with the planes flying over. Maybe they should provide ear plugs. Also on leaving the front desk person wasn't the nicest.

The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and fairly standard in design. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus. The shuttle service was timely and efficient, though it was quite full.

The staff were friendly. The hotel has many entertainment to spend time with. The airport shuttle was so comfortable and on time. The value of money was reasonable. The room were specious.
My room were located on the airport side which was too much airplane noises most of the time.

For convenience, it was alright for what it was. I got bug bites from my overnight stay there. I noticed them the following morning as I was jumping on a flight out of SFO.

So modern, clean and organized! The bath products were also really good quality. Lots of options for food and snacks. Pool table, pool and gym!

Seemed like there was lots to do in the lobby.
We waited for the shuttle bus for over 45 minutes. Once it came it was too full and with about 5 or 6 people waiting to get on, there was room for one. Had to pay 30 bucks for an Uber.
