It was a nice place to stay after a long day of travel while waiting for our luggage to arrive at the airport. Very close to the airport. It had a great breakfast with a lot of choices. Even with a last minute booking they put our rooms right next to each other.

Everything was great except I was surprised that I had to pay $20 extra to park my car over night! Also, a few more towels in the bathroom would have been nice. Lastly, the plastic eating utensils at breakfast we're really subpar. Way to weak. I broke 2 of them while eating! Please think about upgrading the eating utensils. Thanks.

Shuttle service was very convenient for solo traveler like me. Although there is one time fee of $10, I used 6 times going back and forth to the Oakland airport, definitely worth it.
