The room is spacious and the beds are really soft.
The breakfast was the same everyday. I could appreciate a different meal every so often. The sausages were salty and the eggs were runny.

Front desk staff helpful; breakfast offered; room reasonably clean
Attended breakfast at the end and was rushed by staff to finish getting the food while they tore down everything right in front of me (it felt rude and unnecessary); and my car got vandalized (window scratched from pry bar) in hotel parking lot.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their having a guarded gate for nighttime.
The immediate area was filthy with trash all over the curbs. Nowhere to go eat without having a car.

Pretty simple breakfast with decent selections of food. Nothing so special but not too bad. Enough to make my morning going.
The elevator was a scary to ride and very unstable. Going up or down signs were all broken. I never seen a gate keeper who actually opens the gate manually.

The room was really clean.
The washer/dryer didn't work at all so I lost like $5 worth of quarters. Even the machine with the detergent didn't work. So in the process of me finding out this information my dirty clothes ended up getting stolen out of the washing machine (room).

The staff was nice and helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Just the homeless and the trash they made on the street in front of the hotel.

There is a homeless camp right outside the gate. Homeless people were allowed to walk the hallways and throughout the property. Roaches in the room.

The hotel location has tons on garbage up front of the building & location is very scary & smells weed & very strong smell in the rooms, we had to change rooms due to extremely strong smell in the room
