I have stayed in many hotels in the world, but what this hotel did was an eye-opener to me, of course, referring to the level of nausea, not to mention the very bad reception attitude of the hotel, the hotel front desk charged me for an extra night without telling me. Fortunately, there was a transaction on my credit card, and my phone immediately received a message, so I immediately asked the front desk why I charged me an extra room fee. At that time, he didn't admit it. I presented the deduction information I had received, and then he changed his story and said that it was only pre-authorization and the credit card would be returned after check-out. As a result, a week after check-out, I found that all the transactions of this hotel had been directly credited to the account, and the overcharge was not returned, and then I sent an email to the hotel. After sending a bill, the hotel refused to communicate and respond. It was I who sent countless emails and phone calls, wasted a lot of time to feedback, provide evidence and communicate with the bank and the platform, and finally recovered my refund. Of course, the hotel did not apologize at last! Would you dare to stay in a hotel like this?

It was clean and conveniently located for the airport and local restaurants. BM the front desk guy was really great and helpful!
If you have a problem with the sounds of street traffic, you might be bothered but other than that it was perfect for us!

It was the perfect location for a one night stay after we arrived at SFO. Its very convenient that you can use the shuttle from the hotel to get to the airport. There are also a range of restaurants around the hotel where you can get some food.

Close to airport.
Originally booked a king with booking. Com. I Requested with booking. Com to change to 2 doubles. Went through booking.com to change room type to 2 dbls. Bookings confirm change. When we arrived at the hotel after a 10 hour flight and waiting over an hour for a shuttle the hotel manager said that our room type was still a king and would not change unless paid an additional $30. Tired we paid. Not good customer service.
