Wonderful bedroom. Comfy beds and very clean. Had refrigerator in the room to store our water/soda/beer. Loved the nautical theme. The lobby was so inviting with the fireplace. We sat and chatted with others on two evenings after a chilly walk back from Ghiradelli Square. Great location.
Water pressure in shower was not the best. I also think for the cost of the hotel it would have been nice to include the water bottles that were in the room. We had our own anyway so not a big deal.

The doormen were exceptional and the desk personel we fantastic. The food was very good.
Way too expensive for my taste. $6 for a bottle of water??? The cost to park a rental was exorbitant. Almost $ 100/day??? The area is looking too fairground to rate the prices paid

Great location! Property was well kept, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious for San Francisco. I was a little surprised by that. The staff were great and valet parking was super convenient.
The bed was really comfortable but I was not a fan of the pillows. They were flat, you needed 100 of them to make one decent pillow. It would be better if they provided at least two substantial pillows instead of all under-stuffed down.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The on-site restaurant was very nice.

Disappointing
The staff couldnt have been nicer
It was so noisy some of our family didnt get much sleep over the trip, dogs barking through the night, loud music, street cleaners or the unidentified rattling noise, there wasnt one interrupted night. The rooms are as clean as they can be but are just dated.
