I like that the hotel was close to my son's apartment and stores and restaurants. The beds and pillows was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I didn't like the construction going on early in the morning. Lots of pounding, voices and working closely to our room. The bench in our room was cumbersome. Coming out of the bathroom at night in the dark, stubbing my toes twice. I stood it on end so we had a better pathway to the bathroom.
Other quests coming in late at night was inconsiderate and loud talking and slamming doors.

Guests shouting at 2AM for an hour and a half. Extremely loud demolition work in the center of the hotel starting at 8am on both days of my stay and my stay a month earlier

The room is okay, and there is a gym.
It seems they stopped a reform in the middle and started receiving guests. The toilet is new, the shower old; the heater is super old, as the room. Very bad breakfast, checkin experience, room privacy. I felt like in a road motel but paid a Sheraton price during Dreamforce week.

The pool was pretty. The workout room was pretty nice and the courtyard.
The deposit was too high. I felt like I couldn’t do anything in the room because the hotel was not specific about the rules so I felt sort of discriminated against.

Great location, has been renovated since I stayed here in 2013. Good facilities - parking and pool, ice machine & coffee machine.
No fridge or air conditioning. I don’t think the fan would be cool enough in summer.

Location is not good and lots of noise. Hotel is located in SoMa area unfortunately lots of homeless around. Added fees of $68 for parking per night and $20 “amenities” fee. For the price you can get a better deal in a better area and hotel. The bathroom of the “deluxe” room was run down, wall painted with a sharpie, lamp had no bulbs, tv didn’t work… constantly said “no signal”. Front desk people mixed our rooms and credit cards and I found in my car a weed vape from one of the valet guys. Hotel looks like is still having renovations done.

Room was spacious and clean. Area was quite. Ceiling fan was a plus.
Shower had zero to low pressure. Im hoping that was just an issue with this room specifically
