The property was in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the ferry building with access to the trolly cars which could take us to fisherman’s wharf. There was a Safeway supermarket on the way so we could grab items on our way back to our room.
The room had a kitchenette which was great when travelling with kids ( bring your own plastic plates, bowls, spoons etc). There was also a free laundry available.
Breakfast in the restaurant next door was really good.
The room didn’t have any view but it wasn’t an issue as there is a nice outdoor viewing deck plus the good things about the hotel outweighed this.

The facilities were pretty high class, clean and comfortable. This hotel and establishment deserves a lot of respect.
Unfortunately no free parking, so that was an added cost of $37 per day very close by. Unfortunately could not take advantage of the free breakfast as we had to leave for the airport early.

Good location with comfortable bed and nice bathroom facility. Check in/out was quick and easy.
We had 0 natural light into our room as we were opposite the building next door. But didn’t really matter too much. The room was quite small when you have 2 people with big suitcases.

Great location, great facilities especially the water fountain and coffee / tea station in lobby. Also great breakfast.
The staff in the restaurant were a bit abrupt and unfriendly, on our first morning we waited quite a while to be seated. Staff passed by us but didn't even acknowledge us. This is the only criticism of our stay.
