I had broken knee and had recent surgery on it, so I needed a room close to elevator as my mode of transportation is my walker. The room exceeded my expectations. The shower with a seat was a huge help.

Great location, great bar, and great coffee shop in the morning.
Couldnt get into the room. The door was jamming on the door frame. Had to use my shoulder to push open each time going into the room.

Location, comfort, cleanliness.
Their Destination fee added to the bill. Effectively another tax. Maybe works with businesses/conferences but who want to sit in a hotel on their holiday when there are a hundred coffee shops?

Second time staying here and loving it. Comfortable beds, sunny rooms with big windows, great gym, and helpful staff.
The compulsory $25 dollars voucher which we had to buy extra daily to be used in the hotel. That was unexpected and not needed. Very weird way to upsell.
