Parking was kinda bad. I tried parking in one of the spots in the back and its to high of a ramp for low cars so I had no where to park one night

Rooms were updated, large & very comfortable. Amenities like microwave, fridge, ironing board were included. The large bathroom was well stocked. Location was excellent and close to many SF attractions. Free parking (though parking spots were tiny!) & hot coffee in the morning was a bonus!
The outside was a little dated (but property was maintained).

Very clean rooms, simple, modern, and comfortable beds. Walk to the waterfront and Chestnut street for coffee, food, and shopping.
Lombard is a busy street, so its a bit loud at night.

We liked the location on Lombard, near Van Ness. We had a very pleasant stay. On the 4th floor you can see the GGB, the room was big enough for a couple and a kid and the room and the bathroom were very clean. One of our best stays in California! I recommend the place and I would come back without any hesitation if I had to visit San Francisco again!
The head is very available and compliant : we could have a 1h-earlier check-in to avoid leaving our luggage in the car when parked and this is very nice. Thank you and go on this way!

This location allowed us to walk everywhere. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Parking was a big bonus.

Location is good. Bed is comfortable.
You can easily hear the sound outside - horns, someone walking by or chatting downstairs. Bathroom is quite big comparing to the room itself.
