Easy check in with parking close by. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The staff at the buffet were accommodating, kind, and top notch. The staff at breakfast is why I am giving a 10! Everyone was very helpful. We would stay again!

Breakfast was good and staff very efficient. I must point out Anthony and Phat at breakfast and Shah at the front door, the lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly [ unfortunately do not recall her name] and all the ladies at the concierge desk.

location is great, but the room's window is so dirty that so-called view was worth nothing. the staff at one up are great, bu the foods are very limited of choice, and same menu for the 4 days....

It is a prestige brand and well known worldwide so expectations tend to be higher especially given the amount paid. Good location but the front desk staff needs training - customer service level is subpar. FO manager did a good service recovery after our check-in which we appreciated. But check-out process was not as ideal either. This guy was busy chatting with two ladies so we waited for awhile. And when it is our turn, his smile was gone and he simply asked me to drop the card in the box when i handed the card to him. When I told him we had to deposit our luggage with the bag drop counter for few hours, he just asked us to go over the other end to wait (no one was manning the counter). Wasnt exactly showing basic friendliness imho.

Hotel is in a perfect location for Union Square, Chinatown and the Moscone Center. Lots of rideshares available at all times for other areas. Room was great, spacious with a lovely view and well cleaned. Breakfast was delicious and the to-go continental option was very useful.
Not much to be honest! If I had to say something, the room doors did not keep out external noise as much as I would have liked, but it wasn't too bad.

3 prong plugs were loose, made charging devices a challenge. Had to keep checking they didn't loosen or if it charged at all

Great location, very comfortable room, amazing bathroom.
Most staff members were polite and friendly, but some of them were a bit impatient when dealing with ordinary questions or requests. I also wish we would have been informed that there was a deposit fee during our stay before seeing the charge on my credit card.

The location is great and the hotel is very clean. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The offerings at breakfast were fresh and tasted great!
At the price point, I wish the breakfast offering for the buffet included kosher/halal meats, and just more offerings in general. Also for the same reason (price point), which there were more/better coffee offerings.
