The room and the location were okay, average for SF.
They make us run to arrive to do the check-in before 12am, and then when we arrive there were a late check-in desk ready for it. Seemed they wanted to go to sleep or something like that. They waited for us but very rude.

I stayed there for 9 nights and it was much better than I expected. First, the staff was very friendly and they gave me very good tips to move around. I went for work which meant that the connection with public transport was key (a lot of buses nearby, get a Clipper card for the bus/metro/Caltrain), everything within the city was max 45 min by bus. The area is very safe, I went walking most of the places nearby: Safeway (supermarket), Presidio Park, Fine Arts Park, Moscone, Pacific Heights, Fisherman's Wharf, a lot of really nice restaurants, bars, cafés, wine bars. No noise at night, quiet street. The room had everything I needed. There are also gyms and beautiful parks with courts nearby.
Breakfast is what it is advertised. I recommend you to get breakfast at a café nearby or buy what you want at the nearby Safeway (walking distance). The rest far exceeded my expectations.

Good location
There wasn’t enough parking for all the cars. It was on a first-come, first-served basis, and once we took the car out to go to the supermarket, when we came back there was no spot available. In addition, the hotel staff was very clear in saying that we could not leave anything in the car due to the risk of break-ins (the parking area is open, and homeless people were frequently walking around between the cars).

The room was on the smaller side but ideal for two! Perfect for a couple that just needs a place to stay while being out and about. There was fairly a good amount of parking as well, we lifted to our destination so we had a parking spot saved. The hotel was also walkable distance to plenty of stores too! We were able to walk to Walgreens and a ramen restaurant. The staff was nice when we checked in, gave us destinations, emphasized the parking and hotel room, etc. Everything else was good! We utilized the fridge and microwave, shower was interesting as well but worked great, bed was comfy, etc. I couldn’t make any complaints!
The only thing is the area was a busy spot! Outside was quite loud in the morning but we knew what we were signing up for! Nothing about the hotel/ room was bad though!
