Right next to the ferry building . Perfect location for us, we took the ferry from Marin county, and we were going to go to the Giants game. Staff was courteous and nice. we had friends staying in the hotel and they switched the rooms around so that we could all be close to each other. The rooms were clean. Quiet. Housekeeping was very nice view from some of the roomsare gorgeous.

Amazing location and good modern bathroom.
Very small room looking out to the back. Room is not very well insulated so could hear everything in the hallway even if people were not particularly noisy.

We love the location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They really go above and beyond. The value is great too.
The only thing in our room that was a bummer was the toilet stopped flushing properly. And the bathroom is pretty small.

The location was amazing, it was right next to the Bay Bridge and the Ferry Building. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They have the option of holding your luggage/car for a portion of the day after checkout so you can go explore the city a bit. That saved us the headache of parking elsewhere while we walked around. The "happy hour" wine service was a huge plus. The lobby was just lovely, there are plenty of restaurants closeby. It was a great stay!

The location was perfect. We were there to watch a game at the chase center it was 11 minutes away. It was close to the piers.
The indoor pool is not located on the property and the pools they advertise close at 2pm when check in is at 3 pm. The free breakfast was just pastries and coffee not an actual breakfast.

The location, access to nearby YMCA gym on 3 three floors incl. swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and retro bikes rental for free - was all amazing! The staff is very friendly and nice too! I highly recommend discovering the bay area by bike.
Coming from Europe, I was not prepared that Continental breakfast means some muffins, donuts and yogurt with added sugar, served on takeaway plates/cups. At least there was an apple and banana also available. Otherwise no healthy, nor savory options, no cappuccino etc. The lounge area would be a perfect location for a healthy buffet breakfast - if that would have been there, I would have for sure given 10/10 .
