The room was clean and the cleaning staff were fantastic.
The young female member at reception was very helpful.
The male staff I spoke to at reception were very rude.
The music in the entrance foyer was extremely loud and disturbing. Not the way you want to enter a quality hotel.
We needed to return to Australia urgently for a family emergency and the staff were extremely unfriendly about assisting with adjusting our booking for an early departure.

You guys said I was getting charged $75 for a down payment that was supposed to be refunded, but ended up charging me $403.38
Andre at the front was no help and he got an attitude with me and hung up instead of transferring me to the accounting. I need my money back, and I need a couple free stays because this is unacceptable. Andre also said my debit card was not on file but how did you guys charge me $403.38 if it’s not on file then? My booking was through booking.com
