Stains on carpets. Basic rooms. Told to part my car in overflow as taller than height of hotel car park. Unable to get car out in the morning. Staff didn't know who to call or how to sort out.

Elevator is of no use, only 1 elevator seem to work but so slow and using the stairs to the 5h floor was the only way. No full mirror inside the room, door control metal bar clicks and slams the door.

The location of the hotel to my medical needs for the day, was the only positive.
The rooms are noisy. From the early morning protest downstairs, the couple upstairs having sounds of sexual relations to the loudness of the adjacent bathroom shower, I was disappointed.

The location is nice.
I stayed at this hotel for one night as a quick stopover during my West Coast road trip. I booked the most expensive option available on Booking.com – a high-floor room with a city view and two large king beds.
However, when I arrived at 8 PM, I was shocked to find that my room was still not ready, despite the late hour. After several minutes of checking, the staff informed me that the room I had reserved was not available at all. Instead, I was given a room on a lower floor with two smaller beds.
The room itself was dirty, with a strange yellow stain on the carpet. The bathroom and shower were extremely outdated, and there was a leak in the wall.
To top it all off, I was charged an outrageous $35 resort fee and $62 for parking overnight – a total scam!
Overall, this was a terrible experience. The hotel did not deliver what I paid for, and the hidden fees made it even worse. I would not recommend staying here.

The downstairs lobby was nice
Rooms where not very clean carpets were stained as well as on the walls. Overall it was hard to feel comfortable because the floors and walls were stained. It was not what we expected for the amount it costed to stay here. We upgraded out room hoping for a better experience but we couldn’t wait to leave.

I stayed here a few months ago and wanted to come back because of the location. It is so centralized and the employees were so friendly then, and now. I felt safer having my car in a locked car garage as well. Beds were clean.
The end of last year, parking was free. This time (2025) parking was $62.50 a night according to the lady at the front desk. They put us in the wrong room at first even though I paid for a two queen, high room with a city view. The carpet in the room was stained and gross. The two nights we were there they let the people next to us throw parties and 10-20 people filtered in and out screaming all night - they said they'd send security multiple times but never did. People were smoking weed in the hallways even though it's a non-smoking property. Our bathroom had black curly hairs on the floor and in the shower (EW), the sink was gross, and the top of the light switches were covered in caked up dust. Elevators were broken on day one and half of the second day, so we were using the service elevator. Service elevator was DISGUSTING.
