Location is very good and staff if wonderful. Very clean room, comfortable mattress etc
Bare bones. Very small bathroom/ shower. More of a motel feel than hotel.. people above me made lots of noise and got no sleep

Wow - what a fun place! Parking available inside motel courtyard, super friendly staff, excellent continental, lovely and kitschy. The only thing Id suggest is that they lean into their kitsch.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were very, very clean. Breakfast is quite lovely
TV is junk. Shower is quite below par, bad pressure, often hard to get hot water. They have hidden fees so the price shown on booking.com is quite different from the real cost.

Surprisingly quiet, calm place even on a Saturday night in the Cow Hollow area. I used the pool in September and found it refreshing. Staff is excellent, breakfast is excellent due to great pastries probably from a nearby bakery. Thanks you!

quiet safe place, good location. but the furniture and interior are old. the room is clean, the bed linen is white and clean.
there was a smell from the carpet. and we were not checked in on time. but in the morning we saw breakfast, although we didnt have time to eat! A bit expensive in terms of price/quality ratio.

Disappointing
Because I made the reservation with Booking.com I was faced with many charges upon arrival such as destination, taxes, and property access and it ended up being almost $100 more than the original price quoted of $188 and then the hotel wanted to charge $35 to park my car for a day. There was construction around the pool as well as the sitting area with tarps laid across the ground. I would not refer to this hotel. I would suggest more transparency to all of the additional charges and to warn prior to the arrival of all the construction.

We checked in at 3am so we should be able to check out at 3pm. I think thats fair for the money we spend.

It was a very cool open concept , new room clean bathroom , rooms were very comfortable
Under construction , a little expensive for that, and we had drunk hotel guests running around at 3 am sucked for a bit

The location was great for the places we wanted to visit. An excellent breakfast was provided.
Parking was unavailable due to ongoing renovations, we had to spend additional money for parking.

Breakfast, desk staff, colourful decor and the possibility of a lovely updated pool area.
Not being informed of ongoing construction. Website said it was to be finished in June23. I would not have booked knowing pool and safe parking was unavailable. Info needed to be updated.
