Great size rooms with fridge in room, 24hr gym and 24hr complimentary tea, coffee and water.
The bar closes a bit early and the breakfast isn't really great value but lots of options available on door dash and great restaurant options across the street

Wonderful location if you enjoy Japantown. Nice lobby. Fresh coffee in the morning. Easy parking underneath.

Traffic noise. Adjoining room noise.
uncomfortable mattress. Did not sleep well
the entire stay. Had to switch rooms.

The staff is tip top, boutique hotel, stylish, tastefully furnished, great gym and spa, tasty breakfast with fresh ingredients and lots of healthy options, close enough to union square but far enough to experience a great neighbourhood in SF. The hotel restaurant Nari serves the finest of Thai cuisine. That’s my fourth time in Kabuki hotel, will keep coming back!
