The hotel was exceptional. Amazing facility & staff who was extremely helpful. Bed was very comfortable & room was clean. However surrounding area had a lot of homeless/junkie which sometimes feels unsafe when walking at night.

The room was clean and well-designed, but the highlight was definitely the bed—it was incredibly comfortable. I usually struggle with jet lag, but I actually slept through the night here. That never happens! Highly recommend if you’re looking for real rest during your stay.

I am in awe of this hotel. I found that each and every staff member than I encountered, from Bell hop, valet to front desk staff was incredibly friendly. They went above and beyond, without my inquiry to suggest places to visit and eat. The Hotel is decorated beautifully and is very clean. The indoor heated pool/Hot tub is a wonderful bonus! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back next time I'm in SF.

It was Amazing !! The swimming pool and a jacuzzi with a Perfect température and really great opening and closing hours! Really Nice
Welcoming and good advice from the staff and really Nice équipment .
Really great located to visit city also !
Anyway , except the pression of the shower very low in our bathroom , and the Huge price of the parking ( 75 $ /day ! ) , it was really perfect !!
