Very good hôtel in the center of San Francisco. We were a bit worried about the location but it was perfectly fine, the neigborhood is safe and location is ideal to visit the city by foot!
People at the réception were very helpful and provided excellent advices to go around the city (special thanks to Theresa who was very nice and very professional). The rooms are large and comfortable, breakfast is copious and good. Overall very good price-quality ratio!

Excellent service and very clean & spacious rooms
You have to pay extra for additional tea bags. They only put one tea bag a day in the room. Coffee and tea is $10, very expensive. The restaurant closes by 10pm

Room was on 20th floor with a nice view, towels were soft.
The dog toy was cute which was the first thing you see when you entered the room first.
The bed was not comfortable and the toilet was dirty.
There was only 1 bathrobe and no blanket.

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Nikko - the first was 14 years ago. This four-night stay was just as excellent as the last time. The property is lovely and the staff are all gracious. The rooms are quiet and spacious, and we had a great view on the 17th floor. The bed is comfortable. The pool is wonderful! We wished we could have spent more time there. The refillable water bottles in the room are thoughtful, as is the water filter in the hallway. I'm so glad we didn't stay at a big chain.
Only thing is that we had to pay $50 to check in early, even though a room was available.

Hotel was beautifully furnished and maintained, very high end, pool area was equally great
Only downside is this hotel valet parking is priced more than the Beverly hills Hotel 90210. It is not that level. How it rates itself above that il never know at $75 per night, even more so when a multi level car park two doors down is $46 per night. Someone needs a reality check there

The property was great. I’ve been to the Feinstein room many times while living in SF however never been inside the hotel. It is a very nice property. The pool, the gym, the sauna, and the outdoor area are great they even have an outdoor area for pets so you don’t have to go outside at night to walk your dog.
The only thing I didn’t like in our room was the shower. It was small and challenging to find the right temp. It has a rain overhead and a handheld shower nozzle which was challenging to maneuver.
