The style of the hotel was really amazing. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were super unique. We loved having the cafe right near the entrance. The staff were especially nice and accommodating

Wonderful
This is a very cool and comfortable hotel in a good location for exploring San Francisco. Lots to see and plenty of restaurants in the area. The large bedroom had a very comfortable bed with lovely crisp sheets and the shower was good.
It would have been nice to have had some complimentary coffee in reception rather than have to buy at the cafe. Only a minor grumble though.

Nice hotel!
Hotel charged us again although it was already paid upfront through Booking.com. Needed the help of the Booking.com to get our money back which did take quite a while.

Great location. Staff was friendly helpful. They were able to easily change my reservation to accommodate my room change. Gave us ideas for site seeing. Room service was excellent. Would recommend to friends and family.
