We loved this hotel! Everything about it! Location, staff, fire pits, games, etc etc! Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent location
The people next door had an annoying barking dog. They smoked weed and the smell went to our room causing me to have a headache and get nauseous. we had to move rooms in the middle of the night . Not a 4 star hotel.

We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. There was a lot to do around the hotel and it was centrally located to find all the San Francisco things!
Paying so much for parking! 65 dollars a day on top of the hotel fees and nightly fee was radiculous!

The to hotel is a great location in the staff is friendly and the layout is very nice. As quiet as I thought it was going to be but was less noise than most hotels. Background noise, Rooms ect.
There was no fan in the bathroom or did not turn on.

Originally we were assigned room 3030 but the heater was stuck on 83F and they promptly moved us to room 3038 which we very much appreciated. The Bell person was excellent as was the concierge. We loved the outdoor space and wish we had more time to use
I think its time to update the wallpaper in the bathroom. The dark navy nautical stripe shows, white toothpaste, stains, and other white spots which tends to make the area not look as clean as it truly is. Other than that we loved our experience.

We were charged $35 per night for utilities. They said they charge to everyone. Then why don't you add it to the total rate. Why there is secret charge which is deceiving. I don't think $35 is a small amount.

Bathroom toilet seat was dirty. Staff re-cleaned it well Broken shower diverter valve + toiletpaper holder. Electricity blinked 2x's + went out completely on one wall. These were not fixed, hotel manager told staff not to service the room.

Lots of things to do in the hotel itself. Close to a lot of places, walkable.
They couldn't find my reservation at first, had to have 3 people try to find it.

Great location for walking the waterfront area.
Not sure what year this was a four star? Torn lamp shade,electrical receptacle hanging from end table,hall traffic noise through entry door,holes in towels.one of the two elevators was not operating. There is no restaurant that serves breakfast?
